We have written customer service. How long will it take to receive a response?

Please allow up to 24 hours to reply to your questions and allow an additional 24-hour response time if email received over the weekend or during the holidays. Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience

I just placed an order, how much time do I have to make a change to my order and how is this process performed?

You have the time to adjust your order before you receive a confirmation email stating your order has been shipped.

Do you do follow up emails?

Yes. Please allow us 24 hours to reply to your email. For holidays please allow us 48 hours to reply to your email.

Can I expedite my embroidery order?

Not during the actual embroidery request. We can expedite your order AFTER your embroidery request has been completed.

Do you offer group purchase prices or wholesale discounts?

Do you ship outside of the United States

No. Currently only in the contiguous United States.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Venmo and Apple Pay. No personal or cashier checks accepted.
