You have the time to adjust your order before you receive a confirmation email stating your order has been shipped.
Do you do follow up emails?

Yes. Please allow us 24 hours to reply to your email. For holidays please allow us 48 hours to reply to your email.
Can I expedite my embroidery order?

Not during the actual embroidery request. We can expedite your order AFTER your embroidery request has been completed.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

No. Currently only in the contiguous United States.
